Interesting. I never tried black tea, but iced white tea, preferably with a cinnamon flavor (or blueberry), tends to make my summer days more bearable. I will try your method next summer, and see if the white tea doesn’t get even better with a sprig of mint. Is there any particular type of black tea you would recommend?

Ceylon black tea is a classic! An Earl Grey might be interesting too….
Mmmm blueberry white tea sounds delightful, especially with some fresh blueberries! I will also have to try it!
